Our kitchen is sometimes tinged with green, or with game or forest produce: we love tangy, fresh herbs and natural, local products from South Tyrol, with which we vary our dishes. These include seasonal, modern interpretations of forest and game dishes, prepared – like everything else in-house – with extra care and our traditional family knowledge.
The popular Krone classics range from delicious pasta dishes to the Krone burger, made with local beef, as well as homemade schlutzkrapfen (pasta pockets) and dumplings too... specialities from our local South Tyrolean cuisine that are not to be missed. Our wine list offers wines of character that are suitable to enjoy at any time of day or night, reflecting the wealth of winemaking in South Tyrol and the Alpine regions, as well as the sunny Italian vineyards. Delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere: our high-quality, unconventional dishes are served in the relaxed setting of our dining area, artistically and architecturally designed to form a bridge between town and country. Half-board consists of a breakfast buffet and a 4-course dinner (3 choices for each course) in the evening.
